JimS, I somehow knew that one was coming...

Yeah - interestingly enough I wanted a top with a rather open pattern and this one filled the bill. If I understood Kevin correctly, the higher the grade, the closer together the lines get, forming an almost reptilian pattern. He showed me a 4A example of this and it just wasn't my thing.

Very nice, They use to have one on the site that was one of Will Lee's old basses. It was identical except with a matching headstock. I always lusted after that bass.

that's my fave looking sadowsky by far. blue is my fave also. nice choice of woods. I have a similar Lakland coming in soon. 4 string, blue, rosewood neck with blocks and binding
