I think this should become a blimp haiku thread. I can't think of one right now, but if the ball gets rolling I will contribute one later....

The winners (well, I guess that depends on your perspective) have been contacted. I'll leave it up to those lucky folks to give the details of their victory, if they choose. The last thing I want to be responsible for is any repercussions they suffer for my making their fortune public. People are crazy. They could get mobbed in public, children held for blimp ransom, TMZ stalking their friends.....you get the idea.

I wasn't in on it (making a great joke). I woke up one morning with a forum. I didn't even find out until like 5 pm that day. What I did, though, was make it as awesome as possible in the small window supplied to me.I would have supported it if I was in on it. Jerk.

It may have been funnier that way, but it was really funny the way it turned out. The world is experiencing a humor shortage, so I gladly accept whatever I find.
I should mention that there was a two-way tie for second place, but only one of the winners has PM'd me an address to mail his autographed photo of my middle fingers to. Another guy who won an undisclosed prize is temp-banned, so he'll have to wait.

TB unwritten bylaws prohibit the banned from winning prizes. And I am sure that blimps are the last thing on his mind while he is in JT's dungeon of despair.

I should at least get something for my mustache haiku. I missed it? I guess that ruins my dream of flying the toy blimp over my nephew's football game with the vibrating field. The game used to be mine and I will now have to find an alternate avenue to obtain a blimp. Cudos to the winners and the OP.
