My latest and greatest crackpot idea...

For some reason I am reminded of the old SNL skit where the guy bragged he was so broke as a kid he actually made a Rolex watch out of a rock and stick. Yep.I remember hearing in science class that every physical thing is a mass of buzzing/shaking/moving (however you want to describe it) atoms. Which leads to the theory of "freezing" atoms and creating an immovable, unbreakable object (or perhaps something like a forcefield). If I was a scientist I would try to make this a reality with.... basses. Think about it, you could get the neck/action/set up right where you want it and freeze it forever. One could make their bass unbreakable, and totally resistant to any type of aging (now we're really done changing strings lol).
I, of course, have absolutely no idea how this would be done. I'm curious if anyone here has any actual knowledge of physics or any other sciences that would be a part of something like this. All are free to weigh in on this craziness though, so let me know what you think... unless it involves counseling

NOW THERE YOU GO! NANO TECHNOLOGY BROTHER! After reading this I was thinking more along the lines of a living organism that the bass could be coated in, which would do all the set up work/keep the bass the way it is. Like Venom or Carnage in Spiderman.
