My Master Plan - Complete

Nope just no real developments. Both volume pedals have been purchased now and are sat with a friend in the states, I just need a bit more cash for 2 more pedals, I'll get my SMM/H back next week with it's mod.

Still need to get a few daisy chains and another power supply or 2 but Diago are all out at the moment.

I did a soundclip the other day of the noise side

Link Removed

Starts with just a Catalinbread V8 then I turn on the feedback loop it's in then I turn it off and turn the Subdecay Fembot Proto on and then the Subdecay Gurgle and Moan Proto then that gets turned off and the Subdecay Noise Box gets turned on then the Gurgle comes on again and then I turn the Subdecay Echobox Proto on and use the time knob to pitch shift and gurgle it, after that I have no clue what I did but near the middle to end I started using the chorus so you can hear the throb I want the trem to achieve which really isn't doing it for me currently the chorus doesn't have the depth or speed I need and it changes the tone to much.

So with my looper and a trem I can expand on that 10 fold and make an insane amount of crazy.

Who is doing that up??? Sounds awesome!

Toasted, if your online tonight I'll show you the mod it's pretty easy if you can solder and drill (which I can't)

I guess if anyone is looking to have it done shoot him a PM and see how much it would be to be done, mines incorporated into quite a lot of work so no idea how much it is for just that single piece of work.

Minor update

Valcoder has been purchased

SMM/H is modded but needs to be tested

I'm going to buy a Mojo Hand Huckleberry V2 as over the past week or so I've realised the Huck V1 is the best fuzz I've ever used so I might as well get one that has a few more options.

I've decided to move away from the weird SMM/H trick of running the the left output back into the right input as you can't bypass it doing this so it's always a bit more crazy than it should be but I'm going to try it with my mobius to see if that does the same thing but switchable feedback if you get me. (Only just occured to me duhhhhh)

Still need daisy chains and at least 1 more power supply.

Everything is paid for so I expect to get the following within 2 weeks

2 x EB Jr Active Volume Pedals
1 x Mojo Hand Huck V2
1 x Catalinbread Valcoder
1 x Boomstick Bottom Feeder
1 x Xotic X-Blender
1 x Tonefactor T-Shirt Small

I am so excited to get this finished.

Plan for the signal chain now is

Bass - Mojo Hand Cream Pie - Octron 2 - Boss LS-2

Ch A (Noise Side) Xotic X-Blender (Xloop) Tone Factor Mobius (Loop) Catalinbread V8 - Subdecay Fembot Proto - Gurgle and Moan Proto (Loop) - Catalinbread Valcoder - Subdecay Noisebox - Subdecay Echobox Proto(Xloop) - EB Volume Pedal

Ch B (Groove) Barge Concepts VFB (Loop) Mojo Hand Huckleberry V2 - Catalinbread Hyperpak - Sinister Analog Soul Provider - Boomstick Bottom Feeder - Subdecay Quasar - Subdecay Echobox (Loop) - EB Volume Pedal

Out of LS-2 into Analogman Mini Chorus Clone w/Deep Mod - Tonfactor Mobius (Loop) EHX Stereo Memory Man with Hazarai (Loop)

I'm still thinking about it whether I want blends on either channel or blend one channel (groove) and then a global blend.

This now gies me 3-4 channels to play with but like I say I might stick the whole Board in the loop of the Xotic but I doubt that as I think it will be too limiting. Also no sure where in the noise chain the valcoder will go I need to see how it effects oscilation and triggering of things it might go last and just chop the sound or it might go first and be like an lfo, we shall see.
