I think you should give him your honest assessment of the music with constructive criticism. Don't blast it but maybe say it's not for you and encourage him to continue making music. I didn't listen to the whole thing. Is there anything that could be considered hate speech? Anything short of that I wouldn't get bothered by even if I found it distasteful.
Are you secretly Mr. Brown and this has all been a ploy to get eyes on your stuff?
In the event that you're serious, it sounds like you're upset that his style isn't lining up with your tastes. Lyrical content and sound/mixing aside, I hear catchy and pretty well structures tunes. I would love to know what you think is so concerning it should be brought to the attention of his parents.

Wow, so yeah is straight up gouging his customers/fans because he got session artist to record. And honestly even if they're studio musicians the beat is trash. Even if he wants to make money off of a angsty, irreverent, comedy album. The beat is so out dated and generic. He could have just used royalty free music.
So he is an adult, but family will be concerned. Honestly he seems like the type being comedic if you tried to say anything he will dig in his heels. Spend thousands to record a track with you mentioned. Some people here where entertained. It may bring some success, I would just wait and see. As far as his parents it depends on the parents. He didn't seem to maliciously try and hurt his parents. He is drawing from his life and they're included somewhat. He didn't seem to reveal anything too personal about them.
This doesn't seem to cross a line to me very irreverent but may be his niche. May not be what everyone envisioned but hey he may have a penchant for comedy let him roll with it. No GG Allin for sure, look him up and ask yourself how would you feel if he was your son or nephew.

Just curious, why is the 'beat' so important? Isn't what's on top the main point? It just seems like a minor quibble.

Thats why he's the end of the scale in that direction. It's not just ad libbing yeaaaahhhh and oooooaaaaahhhh over questionable timing and a bad snare sound.
Gave it a listen. Good or bad. It was entertaining.
At least have the decency to wrap your irreverence in a slick, glossy package. I mean David Allen Coe sounded like Merle Haggard when he sang about things I can't type on TB.
I agree. There's no WAY OP doesn't know this is satire. And good stuff at that! I'm in for $250.

I keep thinking of more and more extremely successful artists who probably got told to not do their thing along the way because it was offensive to someone. Like most rock and rollers, and almost all new genre pioneers in history. If he's good it won't slow him down anyway, it'll just tick him off in inspire him further. Chill.
