I realize I am new to the forum, so I don't have any insight to long time member's histories, but one thing sticks out to me. Evidently, your nephew respects your opinion, at least enough to share his music with you and not his parents. I would use that to your advantage.
Rather than be hyper critical of his style, or even content, work with him on a collaboration. Provide positive reinforcement, show him alternative ways to express himself, that are not so denigrating, or destructive to his relationship with his parents. Work together on some songs. He will need to learn to work with others anyway, if he plans to make a career in music. I think "telling" on him may drive a wedge between you. If his songs are already on the internet, there is no taking them back anyway. This is just my opinion, and worth every penny you paid for it.
What he said.
...and welcome.
