those two basses on the right.. what color are they? I would've said sonic blue and then turquoise, but the j on the left looks more turqoise than any other. to me at least

After recently putting together my own bass for the first time, I must say it's been very hard to refrain doing another one - I got lots of ideas!! I decided to kill bass-building GAS by spending a horrific amount on a real '68 P.

Thanks man.. That is the nicest finish of sonic blue I've seen. I have a Sonic Blue Lakland on order that I hope looks as nice as that.

I guess he is in the US right? Canada is quite near compared to Brasil. Also, how did you discuss the design?

I got most of them hahaha I got a pastel addiction that is out of control.

It was a relic so I sent him a few pics of my 1974 P so the wear patterns would be similar, we talked on the phone and also via email.

So it was an "easy project" so to speak. Nothing very unusual. I could try talking to him, but still, the prices are way too high for me. They are sure worth, I just don't have the money.

Another thing I like about this bass, it does the fake upright thing as well as any bass I've owned.
