My new favorite picks

After yet another finger injury and some regular guitar playing, I’ve found myself more of a pick player than my go-to finger style. After settling on triangles, I’ve found my favorite triangle shaped picks and both are from Acoustik Attak. The Devin Townsend Earthtone signature series is just right for me and the Viper, which is slightly thicker comes in 2nd. My collection of .88 and .73 Dunlops have been all scored with a box cutter to improve grip but I’d still put Telefunken’s triangles ahead of those. I didn’t want to become picky about picks but oh well, here I am. Anybody else got a good grippy triangle pick to recommend? I’m overloaded on basses so now I don’t mind spending extra on a pick that feels good to play.

I settled on dunlop big stubby nylon 2mm several years ago - but I haven't been through hundreds of picks to get to that point. I started playing with pick due to wrist injuries. I can't play with fingers for any period of time without pain. Thinner picks would just wear out on me on the tips.
Same here, 2 mm Dunlop nylons, they don't click on strings.

I like very thin picks. .46 I like up strokes to hit the same as downstrokes. Works for me. If I can find a larger triangle Delrin .46 I would try it. Plenty of .50's though.

I have problems holding picks due to a botched surgery and my fingers don’t work well enough or have enough felling to play finger style. The best solution I’ve found is to use 346 size picks and wrap them with bandage wrap. Every pick I use is wrapped - plastic, felt, rubber, etc. The tape works well and can easily be replaced if needed. Plus, I can make it any thickness I want. I got the tape from the big-A, multiple colors (to match your bass or outfit  ) and fairly cheap.
