My new Sadowsky M5-24

Thanks! It's not helping your GAS is it? :D

Well actually I've got a Valenti J5 with EMG 40J's and an 18v Aggie OBP-3 that gives me a very similar tone to that, not exactly but similar, so for now at least my GAS is quenched. However, if I were to ever come into some extra cash to where I could blow $2000+ without feeling guilty then yes, I'd definitely pickup one of those bad boys.

HI

My next Sadowsky, for sure. Love the looks of yours. Next fairly light one I see for sale just might become mine. LOL

Rob

That's like #21 or #22 for you? :D

Thanks for the compliment! The maple board looks really nice with the red body. Like I mentioned earlier, the photos I posted don't quite capture the colour. They make the bass look more like a tomato-red than it really is.

I've had an M5-24 for about a month now, and really dig it. The 50/50 blend sound is cool and is what the bass is known for, but I especially like a blend toward the neck pickup. A little more trad sounding but still tight and juicy. Its a really killer bass. Mine is also super light and has no dead spots :bassist:
