(Uncle Pulltab voice) reggae band?!
Cool Reggae bands play on ice! You can 't get fresher air!
Wow. The Grateful Dead should have had the same idea, just on a much larger scale.
Been to a couple Dead shows back in the 1980's and the body odor stench was awful.
I was thinking the smell of oil … since sometimes oil is used to keep metal from rusting
damn hippies need to shower
I couldn't find a leather scented one for metal, but I think warm mahogany might work. After all, mahogany is a popular wood for guitars and basses because it sounds fantastic. Plug-In Scented Oil Air Fresheners | Air Wick®
Some of the country joints in played the 70’s and 80’s had a natural aroma similar to a rodeo.
Very cool idea.
I'm also thinking that using something really awful at the end of the night would help clear the room fast.
There may be some useful suggestions for doing that in here.
I gigged with a drummer for 15 years who took care of that.
I love the smell of Napalm in the morning...smells like....victory
Sounds like somebody from Scentsy could really capitalize on this untapped market.
Back in the day i used "Norwegian fisherman's cough drops"
“stank of dirty hippie”. Um, yeah right. Whatever
It's these, and trust me - they DO work. They will make your nose run... to the other side of your face. And yes, they do look like small critter poop. But they will clear everything out of your nose and throat, and probably make you sing a few octaves north of regular.
The reggae night is a free show at a venue in Ocean Beach, San Diego right after the large, weekly Farmers Market. My description is more than appropriate.
It's pheromones--pheromones, I tell ya...
OP, great idea! Good way to bring a positive aspect to another one of the senses.
Re: leather scent - to treat leather I have always used Lexol. It didn't have a great smell though; it was more like cardboard than anything else. However, a few years ago they changed it. I bought some to treat my car (which already had a decent but faint leather smell) with it and WOW it smelled great afterwards. I like the 'deep conditioning' version, it has a fantastic scent to it, and eliminated any need to have air fresheners in my car. Might work for ya.
