like i said above when a car cuts in front of you (cutting you off) and then slams on the breaks... that be one of them... in eyes of the law its your fualt because hit is dead on rear in reality its not...

mechanically... that why i said "most likely" I do understand sometimes its the car... but out of cars we had come in to shop that were in accedent because of mechanical failure a lot of times it was because person didnt take care of the car and rarelly because of something he could not prevent...

Most of cases its old breaks or bald tires or steering failure... A lot of times its same people to whom we told "fix this... you have to because you will get into accedent" and they blow us off because some cousin who likes cars told them that you dont need to do those things...

I've seen that too many times...

Easily avoided since the car does not come out of the sky or magically appear in front of you. :D It's all about the level of awareness that you use when you drive. Are you telling me that you can't see a car that's approaching you from the left or right?

In theory yes... in reality no... you never know what driver next to you does and if he quickally changes lanes and breaks then you wont have time to stop or do anything... You guys use too many theories and not enough reality... next thing you will tell me that if someone cuts me off its not their fualt its my... :rolleyes:

[sarcasm] someone cutting you off is your fault. you obviously didn't see them driving next to you or you would have slowed down and pulled off to the side of the road to avoid hitting them. because they were obviously going to cut you off. it's common sense. I always pull over whenever there is another vehicle around me to avoid these situations.[/sarcasm]
