I thought Denny died from the H years ago.
That was Jimmy McCullough the guitarist.I thought Denny died from the H years ago.
I think you’re thinking of Wing’s other guitarist, Jimmy Mc Cullough who did succumb to the horse at age 26 in 1979. He was in the band 1974-1977.
My bad, was to lazy to Google. He was a major talent, such a tragic sad waste. RIPThat was Jimmy McCullough the guitarist.
No. That's simply not true. And as noted, all the righty instruments Paul owns are strung left-handed (like his Epi Casino). Can he play to some degree on a righty instrument? Sure, many left-handers can.Paul has more righthanded instruments than left.

The '66 (or '67) Jazz he was photographed using during the white album sessions is not the one he was seen using as a backup during the '76 Wings Over America tour or elsewhere. The white album bass (to my knowledge) was never seen again afterwards, leaving me to speculate he obtained the second Jazz some years later. To add: Macca, with only one or two exceptions of his earliest instruments, keeps all of his instruments, including his 1966 lefty Jazz Bass (apparently, he didn't take his to Lagos during the Band on the Run sessions because he didn't want to have his stolen. Need to confirm that anecdote, though)
