Took advantage of some guitar gear I have sold and got this incredible set up. Mesa TT 800 paired with a Mesa subway Ultralight 2x12 in Cocoa Bronco. It is simply amazing ! I think I have finally solved my GAS to find the perfect tone.

The only question I have is the imput jack seems to have some play in it and I was wondering from other TT 800 users (or Mesa 800) if that was normal?

There should be a little bit because the contact assembly is cantilever style. It will also depend on the diameter of the plug, some are slightly undersized.

Congrats on the new rig! I've got a nice subway 3x15 stack + a WD800 and TT800 but I haven't really needed to use them in the last year until last weekend. Played in a studio with the WD800 and what a sound. When I got home I hooked my TT800 to my recording interface and it sounds so good.

Maybe there's more than one. Maybe there are a lot more.

My main rig is a D-800+ on a SW 2x12. Awesome. But I do have a pair of SW 1x15's also. More awesome, but basically overkill indoors.

No but I have thought of eventually getting the SW115 in Cocoa Bronco as well. But for the gigs I currently have lined up I was worried it would be overkill.

It likely would be. That said, the 15 sounds even meatier than the 12s to my ear......so there's that......
