NAD - Streamliner 900

UPS dropped off a new Streamliner 900 yesterday for me - it replaced a Streamliner 600... The 600 was nice - sounded great and all, but my band is so loud that I pushed into the limiter more than I cared for... I think the 900 is a better fit for me:

Plug in any pre or pedal to the back & use this is a pure 900w poweramp! Viola Versatility!

I don't think you need to worry about that with George. He's got specific taste and buys gear to fit it

Yeah, I'm not afraid to toss $$$ at the problem 'til it's solved... My current scheme is to use my PH810 for metal, hard rock and modern rock, and use my PH215 for classic rock, blues, and country - paired up with the right basses, those cabs will cover my needs with the Streamliner or my M-pulse 600... I have been using a ShuttleMax12.0 that's been loaned to me, and it's pretty nice, also - I could see one of those or a ShuttleMax 9.2 in my future...

I would say that between a Streamliner 900 and ShuttleMax 9.2, a bassist would be well equipped for any reasonable gig - they're both outstanding amps... In fact, if I didn't already have the M-pulse 600 that I'm keeping, I might've opted for the ShuttleMax 9.2 first - can't go wrong with either one, though...
