NAD: Verellen Meatflip

The story: I'm downsizing my rigs and figured if I was selling the meatsmoke head and 810 and 215 I would get something amazing. I liked the idea of a combo but don't like the idea of a boring normal design. I've always liked the look of flip tops but the tone was never my cup of tea. So, I approached Ben about building a fliptop. Turns out he's been toying with the idea of a combo and latched onto the idea. So we have out the specs I wanted in the head and I left the cabinet design entirely in their hands, although the color was my choice. The neo speaker is because I loved my nEarful cab I built and we wanted something light and efficient.

In the end it's amazing, it's convenient to move and feels rock solid in either configuration.

I see what you did there.

Just saw this on Facebook - they are taking orders now. 6 week lead time. Price is $2700 USD. 100 Watts via 4 Tung 6550 and 4 JJ ECC83. Too rich for my blood, but maybe someone on here will be lucky enough to have some cash burning a hole in his/her amp budget pocket!

Thanks for the heads-up.
I could, but it would leave a gaping hole in my checkbook.

I have some beautiful rigs, but that....

Hoo boy.
