NAD

View attachment 4065025 View attachment 4065026 Over the decades (4) I’ve always had the desire to add the Ampeg sound back into my musical environment. In the late 70’s I played through an SVT/Fridge and man even in my younger days it was a worthy struggle. So today, I pulled the Trigger on an Ampeg PF-20T. I also bought the PF112 cab for it to sit on. There will be no explaining for this deed other than a 40 year old GAS bubble that had to be Rectified. I should receive them next week. Thanks for your time.
Cool

Damn you and Sweetwater too:bawl:

I had one with the pf115 cab and now, I want it back. Nope, don’t need it. Nope, can’t afford it right now. But, yep, want it and will have it, one day.:cautious:
Lol! The payments on a Sweetwater card are ridiculously low with the promotion ending in Dec. I have wanted another Ampeg rig for quite awhile. Also, I wanted a tube amp.

Oh yes, I am all too familiar with the Sweetwater card.:smug:
Like I said, I had the pf-20. I just couldn’t justify having two tube amps that will probably never leave the house. So, I opted to keep the Ashdown 100 watt. Definitely not regretting my decision but would still like to have that pf-20 rig again. I think it’s going to go down in history over a long period of time as another iconic piece of bass gear. Probably not to the level of the old B series of Ampeg due to the changes of how bass and music is recorded and produced but, the design and usability can not be underrated.
