NAD!

Just picked her up ... sadly I have ZERO external cabinets (I know, what an IDIOT!) Store didn't have any bass cabs in stock (guitar centric shop, but local and cool). That's ok, still trying to decide which way I'm want to go with respect to speakers. Local shop told me that Mesa told them they can't place any new orders for any product until further notice. Wow. Sad.

Many dealers that had orders in the system still have speakers being delivered, and also stock of speakers on hand.

We are back ordered for months so we stopped taking NEW orders from dealers until we catch up a bit.

Thanks for the info! Spoke to my Sweetwater rep ... seems like early next month so I just need to decide what size ... leaning heavily towards the Subway 1x15 to start ... Cheers!

Here are a few dealers that appear to have cabinets in stock:

Man, you know you just can't beat this! The designer of Mesa bass gear who is so helpful here on Talkbass on explaining not only the Mesa gear, but sharing his knowledge about all kinds of info on various designs through the years, checks with his dealers to see where he can find a cab for a TB'er who just bought a Mesa WD-800 amp but can't seem to find a cab. It just doesn't get any better than that. Way to TO GO @agedhorse! Kudos and Huge respect!!

That's a beautiful amp. I'd still be patient and order a Subway 115. You will NOT be disappointed!

are you able to utilize the DI into a mixer or something so you can rock through headphones?
I have the D800+, my band practices with in ears.... im basically bass to amp(a couple fx pedals to click in and out)DI to mixer and dang, i really dig the sound i get. At least you can enjoy a part of your awesome new amp that way.

His (and your) amp have a headphone out and aux in, he doesn’t need a mixer to use headphones.

Any idea what's happening for the UK? Seems the distributor here is changing or has changed...
