....and FedEx was WRONG!
Delayed ... don't know why. It's at my local hub though. I'll have it tomorrow. 
Fantastic choice! I own a Walkabout and a TT800, the uncle and cousin to this head. I also own a Subway 115. If you're impressed now, be prepared to have your expectations blown away by the head and cab together.
I owned a Walkabout once upon a time. Bought it right here from another TB'er ... Also had a D800+ that I foolishly sold last year ... now ... I'm still trying to decide what to do for a second cab. lol.
Another 1x15? A 1x12? A 2x10? I'll figure it out ... My original thought was a 2x10 ... but I'm going to wait and get some time with just the 1x15. From what I've read and heard (online demos) the 1x15 is not like the old school cabinets I'm more familiar with. I've owned a 4x10 and a pair of 2x10's ... all excellent. Anyway, just rambling in my excited anticipation. Cheers!

This 15 won't sound like any other you've tried. It really is something special. It has all of the warmth you would expect. But the sheer volume of it will surprise you.
The thing that will likely shock you is the CLARITY. To get volume and warmth out of a tiny, lightweight cab would have been enough to make me a fan. But to get all of that and still be able to hear well-defined notes all throughout the range of my bass is something I would not have expected from a ported 15 cab. Chords? Clear. High passages? Crystal clear. Low B string? Kicks like a mule. And it's tiny and can be carried in one hand. Wins all around.

HUGE! Playing the bass in my avatar - 2014 AmStd Precision with LaBella flats ... now, to be fair, I've been playing through a Blackstar U120 ... not a bad amp, fairly serviceable practice unit. ... but yeah ... this is what I've been missing! Back to it! Thanks again for helping me locate a cab Aged!
Last pic I swear! Got her 'home'. I'm not great at describing 'tone' but if you asked me what this setup has that my little BS combo doesn't .... uhm ... everything. Power, clarity, definition, blah, blah, blah. The BS combo sounds ok ... this thing just sounds sweet. I'm not new to Mesa ... this is the what ... THIRD Mesa head I've owned, first Mesa bass cab though. I think right now if I had to add another cab I'd just get another 1x15. Hoping to actually get together with some friends (fellow software geeks/avid disc golfers) that also play a bit and actually use it 'for real' ... My PBass with the flats on it just kills as I suspected it would. I actually like it with the tone knob wide open. On the BS combo I always rolled the tone down quite a bit, maybe half. This rolled off tone sounds killer through the Mesa as well but I also really like it wide open.
