To previous poster - i actually like Point Break! Now, the only movie I have ever paid for and walked out of was Steve Martin's "Mixed Nuts". One of the worst ever made, and what a surprise with Steve Martin in it.

(From the movie "Hot Fuzz" if you haven't seen it. Sad note on my life, My DVD/Blu Ray collection is almost as big as Danny's in that scene.. I have no life.)

Now, the only movie I have ever paid for and walked out of was Steve Martin's "Mixed Nuts".

Yeah, that was a stinker. I didn't see it until cable, I thought it would turn out at first to be like what happened with another Steve Martin movie "Pennies from Heaven" (which was a great movie, it just bombed at the box office because it was 1981 and people wanted to see Steve Martin with bunny ears and an arrow through his head and not in a film like that.)

But no, "Mixed Muts" was just bad..

Had a blind date, we both looked at each other about 15 minutes into the flick and laughed.

We went into the theater across from ours where the movie was just starting. Legends of the Fall. Couldn't have been more diametrically opposed in quality.

An old classic "Fools Parade" unfortunately not available on video. With a young Kurt Russel, Strother Martin, Jimmy Stewart, George Kennedy, Mike Kellin. All star cast but a plodding melodrama with moments of hilarious irony ("There's more than one way to skin a cat").
