What?! Marketing demographic? Maybe in the Yardbirds... Muddy would have said that? You don't know much about music in the sixties (or fifties) or Eric Clapton do you? The "Beano" album, on which he used the Dallas Rangemaster was a real straightlaced blues album. If you'd ever heard it you'd know it wasn't about drugs. Mid sixties =/= late sixties. Besides, Muddy probably sold as many albums as "Beano" did. I highly doubt he had any reprobation to deliver Clapton at that point in history.
