Nah, he was just a world-class A-hole. Great player, though. I guess that counts for something.
My ex. Did you not see the posts before this one?Who are you referring to?
what do you mean with not mia anymore. thought the shop was in chicago...?!?Thanks for the Serek posts!
I know they're not boo-teek (or even MIA anymore) but was Guild there? If so, anything new from them?

and serek and guilt are connected?Serek is, but Guild is MIK and MIC now.
In 2018, my wife and I had a vacation in Japan. While walking around the Ochanomizu area (many blocks of music stores), I got off a wrong elevator floor and ended up walking into a luthier school. I saw some amazing designs, then learned many of their graduates would go on to work in the ESP custom shop.Last time I was in Tokyo, about a year ago, I saw some of the ESP high end basses at a store, very similar to the ones in these pictures. Not at all my kind of basses, but the workmanship, details, finish were absolutely top notch, really superb. Price tags too (12-14K, if I remember correctly).

@wintremute will be posting a zillion of his pics tomorrow when he gets home. And I do mean a zillion. Nice job by everyone else anyhow though. What he said! Also, I seem to remember in past years there were multiple people there who were posting photos. One person can only do so much and I am appreciating all of it.
Those ESP's are incredible! Not interested in buying one, but I'd like to know how much they go for...
oh, i see... now...No.
I did misunderstand the post as well and had typed up a reply then I re-read eight times.![]()
