This is the second bass I built with the angled tuners. I do it when I want to make it just a bit different from a production Fender.

In this case, it seems to fit the aerodynamic look of the Aerodyne.

That is awesome. I really wouldn't change a thing but I think Gibson goldtop knobs would look awesome, same shape as your current ones but would match with the guard, tie the neck in more and add contrast to the control plate.

New color-themed knobs to replace the standard chrome ones. I think they stay. Also, instant weight loss of 2 fricken ounces!
