NBD: 2006 Highway One Precision with vintage refit

Ah! I love this bass too.. Actually...

The body from this bass is now a part of MY vintage-style franken bass.

Some what modeled on the '57 p, my incarnation has a Classic 50s Maple neck, a vintage style bridge, and an anodized guard.. I opted for Delanos though - which means it sounds nothing like a '57 ;)

Didn't expect too much out of my Craigslist mim neck, but when I put everything together, WOW! Plays better than my AVRI for sure. Excellent action, no buzzes, no ski ramp. The Delanos kick like a stingray, with a p-bass warmth.. Shrigg had the matte finish buffed out, and it looks freaking awesome. Love this thing.

My most common combo is the HWY 1/One bodies and 50's MIM necks and various pups from '62's "originals" to '57 RI's to Aguilars to Novaks. I have a forest of these in my room. Mrs. 9mmMike thinks they are growing like weeds!

That one still looks as good in it's new form as when shrigg had it.
