Ah! I love this bass too.. Actually...
The body from this bass is now a part of MY vintage-style franken bass.
Some what modeled on the '57 p, my incarnation has a Classic 50s Maple neck, a vintage style bridge, and an anodized guard.. I opted for Delanos though - which means it sounds nothing like a '57
Didn't expect too much out of my Craigslist mim neck, but when I put everything together, WOW! Plays better than my AVRI for sure. Excellent action, no buzzes, no ski ramp. The Delanos kick like a stingray, with a p-bass warmth.. Shrigg had the matte finish buffed out, and it looks freaking awesome. Love this thing.

My most common combo is the HWY 1/One bodies and 50's MIM necks and various pups from '62's "originals" to '57 RI's to Aguilars to Novaks. I have a forest of these in my room. Mrs. 9mmMike thinks they are growing like weeds!
That one still looks as good in it's new form as when shrigg had it.
Superb basses peeps, I'd defo get some vintage reverses on them... I just have a thing about them I guess.
