Unfortunately I already recorded the material for my next EP with my Sire. But I'm going to gigging with the birdsCongratulations!
I love my thunderbird as well.
Great for recording.

definitely, thank you!The black headstock with white everything else looks awesome! Congrats on the buy![]()
thank you❤
thanks! Already there, waiting for my number
Tbh I prefer the ebony one, but I like the white one too.The white tbird is my preferred. Very pretty bass, congrats and play it in good health!
thank you! It's as good as it looksCongrats on your new bass day, enjoy and play in good health! Its nice to see someone able to follow through on a dream they've had for a while and make it work. You won't be disappointed especially if it sounds half as good as it looks!
yep, one of the reason I'm not pull the trigger for 2014 was the 5 strings. I'll be happy with the black one, might be a Gibson (if they release a black Thunderbird)Congratulations and I hope you enjoy playing it for many years! That’s a beauty.
I couldn’t help but notice the 2014 is a 5er. Maybe the future holds a black 5er out there for you someday. You’d have a great yin and yang thing going with those in the stable.
thank you!Nice bass. I like the white… but I also love a sunburst finish. And black… I like black as well. Too many choices out there!
For many years I was a black bass guy, and had a bunch… I always thought that Hendrix looked cool with his white Strat… but not for me. And I certainly never thought I’d ever own one.
Then I traded an EBMM Sterling for a mint EBMM Classic Stingray 4H in classic white. Guess what? I really dig it now.
I suggest that you just play your bass as is for a few months. Then, f you still don’t like the colour, get it refinished as you want.
So, I'm dreaming about owning a Thunderbird since 2014. But many things steer me away from those bass. Finally I got the chance to buy new with used price. Actually I don't like the alpine white finish. Wanting an ebony or burst but there's one to find here. After weeks of consideration and with the help from people of Thunderbird club, I pull the trigger. So, this is me on 2014: View attachment 4284204

yep, I bought two MIJ precision just to sold them. Always told that I need a precision, but that's not for me. I think my Sire V7 can do it all, so why not try something different? And I already fall in love with the look of Thunderbird since long time ago. So, that's why I pull the trigger. Thanks anyway. You can't go wrong with a thunderbird. They look amazing. Congratulations and by the way, I admire your patience.
thank you. I need weeks of consideration and thinking if I really want this. That's a nice looking bass, I have an ebony but would have easily bought a white one if it had been offered, congratulations. I also like that white pickguard, have always thought all white basses had a classy look.
I like the ebony and burst to be honest, but I can take the whiteThat white Tbird is gorgeous!...I'd take it over a burst any day!
Keep an eye on that headstock, and rock some Mott the Hoople!![]()
