NBD - Aluminati & MJT

Here's a build I put together recently (with the help of a local luthier). Aluminati aluminum neck. MJT ash relic body with translucent white nitro finish. Babicz bridge. DiMarzio relentless pickups with stack knob controls and serial switch. Mirrored pickguard with finger rest. Dunlop strap locks. Dunlop 45-105 steelies. Aluminati back plate.

The neck weighs next to nothing. Absolutely rips! Sounds huge. It's got the most aggressive attack I've ever heard. I credit the neck and pickups. I call it, 'the mirror master'.

I have a feeling that the neck would be a liiiiiiitle temperature-sensitive, touch-wise....

I tend to gravitate toward P-basses myself. I got the neck first and was going to put it on a body I already have but this MJT body went to auction and I could really see the whole thing in my mind's eye.
The pickups & pickguard just complete the vibe. But ya' gotta replace that thumb rest w/ chrome.:D I think I have one if you want it.

I chose black for the thumb rest because the tuning machines are black, and the rings for the tone controls on the stacked knobs are also black. They're just cool little accents across the bass.
