NBD Cataldo Nonreverse 5 string!

Bought off ebay, a fiver even I can love! This will go great with my incomming Cataldo NR 4 banger in pelham blue and all my 60's NRs! This is the only picture I have the bass arrives Friday, I will have a full report soon.

I think it's surf green not seafoam.

I saw that bass on ebay and I was thinking of buying it and adding a bridge pickup and a 4 band Audere preamp.

Naw I like IIs the best It will stay just like it is. I was a fantastic deal I could not pass it up.

The Fiver is Seafoam Green.

This one's Surf Green, it's a few shades lighter

Doh! My bad! Oh man the color looks so much better in your pic. Carlo. I stole this bass............ I almost feel bad about it. One mans loss is another mans gain I am VERY happy to get this bass. I will not become a overnight 5 string slapper but I do see a use for this bass somewhere. Like the fretless I picked up, great for Bad Co. stuff. It is a opportunity for me to grow as a player AND I get like the coolest fiver out there!

Oooh!! BTW, have YOU PERSONALLY played thru that specific model 4-band EQ?
I'm very, very seriously considering choosing that pre for a build that I'll soon be starting on. I've started a thread on it, but to no avail. I think I posted it while there wasn't much traffic on here. If you don't mind, check the thread out. I would really appreciate the input.

I know I won't be disappointed I am the proud and happy owner of Jaebird #16. Carlo is building me a NR II as we speak. Once the NR is delivered I'll have three Cataldos!
