I don't think I've ever been more excited for gear in my life!!!
This thing is absolutely beautiful - never expected to get one. But I had a few months where I wasn't paying rent sooooo instead of doing something "smart" and saving it I did something AWESOME and got myself a stick.
It took 6 months to get here but it's 100% worth it. It's like all the most fulfilling aspects playing bass/guitar mashed with all the most fulfilling aspects of playing a piano (all which I already play).
and the design is just incredible... the ergonomics are just unmatched by anything I've held before!!!

Stats: Wenge (that's the wood) 10 string classic tuning Stick, ACTV2 active pickup block with GK-3 MIDI/etc pickup on the melody side strings!!! Turquoise recon stone linear inlays, chrome and black hrdwr.

Congratulations! Believe it or not, I had the exact same experience myself a week ago today. Mine is dark bamboo, 10 string, Stickup, and the same turquoise linear inlays. I share your enthusiasm - there is nothing else like it!

I know that you are not going to want to mess with your new Stick - I was the same, BUT (and this is something SE should offer as standard)

Job #1 - replace the strap pin with a Schaller...

Nice I have a 10 st and a 12 st they are a blast to play even if you never feel confident enough to gig with it, it will benefit your musical experience a lot. Have FUN

Its a oil type finish with a wax buffed on top. Feels very organic and "woody" I will probably be selling my 12 string to finance GAS soon keep your eyes open. Will never part with my 10 though.
