NBD!! Daphne Blue American STD

Have been diggin' this bass online for a week or so and finally made the trek to check it out this morning. It's a '97 Fender Jazz American STD in Daphne Blue. Can't believe how clean it is. Not a dent or scratch to be found. Very happy today...

Makes me want a Precision in that color, and Olympic White, and surf Green, and Fiesta Red, and Sonic Blue...already have a SB finish.

I was thinking that also but shop I bought it from, that is pretty reputable, says it's Daphne. Hmmm.

I've heard some talk about the '90's being good years. Anyone know of reasons why?

It is a very solid well built bass and plays just as good.

I know !! Those 2 colors are so similar. The lighting might have an effect also. I describe this bass as a pastel / light blue. Perfect for Easter morning lol i love my Easter Egg!!

It's definitely not Sonic Blue. Sonic is a much lighter shade.
