500 500 250 CTS pots, pre wiring the switch makes life sooooooo much easier. The pain was that the pickups were using the sheath as the ground, instead of two wires, this way I could solder with plenty of length

Sort of a shallow P bass. It's really a nice playing bass.

Shallow P sounds sweet! So definitely not narrow like a J bass, nor slim like a ibanez sound gear? I love my p bass, but I am looking for another bass with passive humbuckers.
