So if I make an Acoustic amp (like you play) lookalike that has the same blue accents and looks the same to all but bass players in the know (but still obviously trying to rip off the brand) and make it overseas, you (as an Acoustic player) and Guitar Center (owner of the brand and associated IP) won't think this is wrong?
If you think it is fine for the Chinese Government to allow this type of behaviour and have small (and some big) companies unable to do anything about it, that's up to you.
The Acoustic I had was not from the Guitar Center brand. Same name, different company. It's also immaterial because ACC is gone and I have no vested interest in their brand
I was simply poking some fun at the idea that he went from being entirely dismissive of it because it's a bad copy to being very concerned about it from an IP perspective
