No. I bought the Hipshot aftermarket and installed it. The bridge it came with looks like a definite upgrade from what I'm used to on American Standard basses of yesteryear

Best bridge out there imo (the fender one). Love the bass. Enjoy it!

Installed a mint green PG from Pickguards.com / WD.

I was torn between a MG and tort before I ordered the bass so now I can switch it up.

BUT, just so you know Fender doesn't sell MG Jazz bass PG's but It's an option in the Mod Shop. Fender customer service rep couldn't explain why.
Wish I knew that when ordering. I would have ordered it with the MG. Torts you can buy from Fender.

Nice! I got one of the ADE basses in '14 which I think was the original version of the mod shop. It's just a black/maple P bass with a J neck, but it's killer. I still love having the slim neck with a "Precision Bass" decal on it.

Thanks man. I'm happy with the bass and the experience. As you know there are a few options you could go with in building one. I think for the price you can't go wrong.

The C to D neck is awesome and the noiseless pickups are booming.

Not sure why they dont offer a 5 string option.

What is the nut width on the C to D neck? Sweet bass BTW (even though I'm late to the party).
