Very nice!! Congrats on obtaining a G&L.

I love the black pickguard on the 3-tone sunburst finish. The sunburst colors really pop with that black pickguard, IMO.

And if you go through with the purchase of the L2k, don't forget the rules here.......pics or it didn't happen!

Congrats! I'm also a LB-100 and a L-2500 owner, very little ground (if any, really) you can't cover with these two.

I've been thinking about adding a P Bass to my collection finally. This post might sway me to a G&L instead of fender. I already have an L2K

The LB100 is a very good Pbass. You get that beautiful 6 bolt neck, massive G&L bridge, and a nice medium sized neck. I'd recommend swapping out the pickup eventually, but if you don't play with distortion, you'll probably be happy with the one it comes with.

all of the G&L's seem to have pretty good balance. I honestly did not find the Lb100 to be that heavy. it's an ash body, so not bad at all.

in comparison, the L2000 is noticeably heavier.

I ordered a G&L LB-100 in Natural with black pickguard. It's currently backordered, but will be shipped in early March. Can't wait.

Just picked up this new to me G&L LB-100 off Facebook Marketplace. Previous owner upgraded the pickup to a Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounder along with the pots and upgraded to tuners to Schaller's. Also included the hardshell case.

She looks and sounds great! The Brazilian Cherry fretboard really looks cool, I didn't think I would like it but looks much better in person. This bass is a little on the heavier side but a nice wide strap makes it a non issue.

I will be ordering a G&L L2000 later this morning to keep her company and complete my Leo Fender collection
