Thanks. I searched and couldn't find a 1400. They should make those in a 4 string.

It takes awhile to get used to the 5th string. I didn't realize how much until my first gig on. 5 when I started almost every song a 4th down. The best part to me is being able to stay in position up the neck and still get the low notes. I seldom play below low E.

Did you try searching for a btb-1404? I'm not being sarcastic, I'm at work and really don't know, but that could be the model number if a 4 string model exists

Wow! That is gorgeous! Never seen anything like that blue finish on the front! Love the sr1600 - those nordies are something else - but that looks the part too!
Beautiful! Congratulations. I used to have the same big jones for awhile. The late 90s I owned an "custom made" SR1306, SR1305 & a SR1300 - matching 4,5 and 6. Said Ibanez on the headstocks and had the basic Soundgear shape but that was where all similarities ended. Paduk, bubinga and wenge with sweet preamps and sweepable mids never got lost in any mix. Had less than a grand in the three of them all together! Wish I had them now!!!
