NBD! I think I've finally found my #2!

I have one of those also. I had the pickguard off for a while but had a parchment and black one made. I love this bass. Enjoy!

The older P-basses never really did it for me (especially the slab-style body) or the single coil PUP.

Of course, I've heard various versions of that PUP now (single and hum-cancelling) which sounded pretty good to my ears.

Now that I see that Squire WITH a contoured body, I'm thinking twice now.

Thanks. The only thing about the bass is that is does have a hum being a single coil pickup. But it does sound great.

It wasn't cheap but it doesn't look it either. Very well made and I'd order from them again. I sent the original PG in to ensure an accurate fit. I also had a black one made, but I like the parchment much better. I think the black looks best on the butterscotch finish but that's justme.
