Yeah. I've been trying not to get on the wait list for one of those. Stunning stuff.

Very radical, in a good way.

I really like it, would love to hear it, Thunderbucker pickups are awesome!

Interesting p/up placement though for that bass.

Thanks, I agree on both points :)

The placement is actually fairly conventional - pretty close to the P-bass position and actually a little further back than a t-bird neck pickup - the neck being 26 frets makes the pickup look further forward than it really is.

Freaking awesome! I was watching the build thread. Glad it's in your hands now, congrats.

Thanks! It made a pretty crazy trip. Was more of an adventure than the average bass deal.

If these play and sound as good as they look, I suspect we'll be seeing more of them on here. drool

Plays great. His fret work is insanely good. Acton is much lower than I'm used to though. I'm giving it a few days to try to adjust to it but I may raise it a bit - I hesitate as it sounds like the intonation is dead on over the whole thing where it's at right now. I love how it sounds but they will all be different as the electronics/pickups are determined by who orders it - there's not a standard configuration.

Very cool design. I like the exaggerated and functional "scoops". 26 frets, also very good. I am often missing a few notes on my 20-fret bass.
Although I find the charcoal a bit fugly, it's irrelevant. I like the green one very much, so who I am to say? Nice bass. The only potential problem for my style would be the inability to EQ on the bass.

As for me, I'd prefer more pickups, more strings and more knobosity, But the LOOK! WOW! It's so rare that you see a new bass shape that you can say is the next level up in Bass Guitar looks, but this is it!
Just Amazing! I really like the Black/natural wood look over the stained ones. I want one!
