I would love to see this exact same design, but without the single cut. All they would have to do is just scoop out that inner part and the top horn would match the bottom one. I think it would also look sharp.

He's done similar:

Here you go - I actually wear it a little lower but it was cold (playing right next to the sea and wind coming in off the water was colder than expected) so I wore the jacket which raised it up a bit:

Sounded flat out terrific. Lots of comments from the other bands, sound crew and audience.

Still loving this bass. Did take a trussrod tweak as it's settled. The only thing I might change if I had it to do again would be a semi gloss finish - the matt finish looks great but the points of contact start to buff out with use.
