Ooh now that’s a brilliant suggestion! I happen to have this pack of TI flats ready to go! Any recommendations for the round strings?
Lo-Rider Nickel is the answer!!!Anything by DR is my go-to for rounds…Sunbeams, lo-rider nickels, pure blues
Why not indeed. I also have a PB & a JB V. My JB is a dead ringer of yours…well not exactly a “Dead Ringer’ as it has a fresh set of rounds on it…but the same model and color. Regardless, great bass with a tremendous voice.I wanted a reliable fender fiver and couldn’t decide between am pro V, p or j, so i got one of each!
Happy holidays everyone!

I have the same bass duo. On my Pro II Jazz V (rosewood), I use D'Addario NYXL 45-125s for the most articulate B string I’ve found. On the Pro II Precision V (maple), I prefer D'Addario Chromes for their nice balance of articulation and stiffness.Ooh now that’s a brilliant suggestion!
