The new tone pot pull/push geekery makes these big soulful rigs a whole new animal, adding the previously neglected neck - bridge and neck - middle - bridge to the party makes things considerably more sonic. It only took a minute to decide that my Triad 4 now needed one and only a few minutes more to build and add it, thanks very much and well done Joe.

are you saying All 3 PUs at once as a combination? I think I remember reading that wasn't on the 3 way as possible, so they've added another switch to the 5 stringer?

Correct, what is added is a push/pull function on the tone control that gives you the two extra switching options. It still has the regular five-way switch but pulling up the tone knob adds the two other very useful combinations.

Yeah, that improvement takes an already cool bass and gives it a nice level up. I'm looking forward to getting hands on one.

A strat switch is great, but it has to do bridge + neck combo. That's essential for a 3 pickup bass.

Very cool! I’m of the opinion that, if my bass has three pickups, I better be able to have all three on at once. Enjoy it!

Cool mod job, I like the new look! But I'd quibble with calling this an OG Brad Houser, as that to me would be one of the old BH5s
