I recently got very lucky in finding a minty Rickenbacker Shadow from 1986. I think they made 50 to 60 of these exclusively for Guitar Center. What a killer Ric... Immaculate condition and the best neck profile I've ever had on a Ric. It's a literal toothpick. Feels like a Jazz bass and the neck is ruler straight. Posted some pics and a demo video below! Enjoy!

Thank you for the book Paul. Absolutely love it!It's properly known as the 4003SPC Redneck, but it is unknown how many were made as eight-stringers. And since John Hall has no company records, neither do I or anyone else, as far as I can tell. More in the book.
