New Spector Euro CST 5 Natural Violet Burst has finally arrived!
Yes it's purple, but subtle... It plays and sounds pretty amazing, not too heavy and the neck is nice and thin, not the typical chunky Euro, it is as thin (thinner?) than my US NS5XL.

Curious to hear what you think of the new preamp once you get some more play time in

Yes! Very cool. Love the color transition. I'm curious to hear about the Darkglass preamp as well. If it's a "modern take on classic Spector growl", I wonder if they are trying to emulate the older Haz Lab circuit.
Yes that’s the goal

That bass looks incredible! I have wanted to see a reverse PJ Spector from the moment I first saw Spector fives. I would love to try one out.

Wow, gorgeous bass! Not sure if anyone has done this comparison before, given that the CST is such a new model, but I just played along with IMAs video of the CST with my MTD 534-24 and it sounds nearly identical! I guess that shouldn't be too surprising, given it has nearly the same wood combinations (Ash/Maple Burl/Maple/Ebony) and Reverse P pickups inside the humbucker shells...
