This is my first bass and I've fell in love with it. I've played guitar for years and always secretly had my eye on this, so the other day I pulled the trigger and now she's mine!

Nice! I have the same one. Got mine last November. I've changed out the electronics in mine though. Got a full EMG setup in there.

Awesome man! I love the sound of the pickup so far, but I like knowing that I could put any pickup in there as long as it fits! The beauty of a battery compartment, eh?

Yeah, any MM style pickup will fit. I did have to trim the pickguard a tad but that's it.

Yeah, I almost went for the white finish/black pickguard/ebony board combination but, thankfully, settled on this beaut!

Absolutely! Got the bass for $251 from Musiciansfriend and found the EMG MM pickup and BTS system for sale here for $60! Forgot to mention I still had the high output and adjusted the pickup way down almost flush to the body. Sounds great now.

That beast for $311 in total, that's awesome! I actually got mine in a part exchange so I only had to put £100 towards it! I got rid of a guitar that was bugging me and got this. Pretty sweet deal

Also, what the hell are the other two knobs for on the bass? The dude who served me in the store only knew that the knob nearest the neck was a volume control, and didn't know what the others are

Had te same one and traded it in on a Sterling 34 which I traded in on my Ibanez SR 750. Man I miss the SUB, I loved the sound and the price.

From top to bottom....Volume...Treble...Bass.
