Just added this to my collection.A still new 2013 Fender Dimension IV.First thing i put put some LaBella flat wounds on her and played her for about an hour.This is a SERIOUS BASS WOW i LOVE IT.Nice feeling low action tight neck pocket bass.It has a real throaty growly tone to it.Nothing like the clanky toned you tube videos lol.I think i scored a sweet deal at Long and McQaudes $1399 Canadian ($950 US )brand new with Fender hardshell case.

Nice looking bass. The color scheme combined with that translucent finish is very attractive .

Something about single pickup basses with smaller pick guards , non traditional body shapes, and less knobs just appeals to my eyes and ears.

I agree with digital man, the body conjours up the vibe of Some 80's Ibanez and Vantage basses, and that's a good thing. I have a tough time getting along with single-pickup-at-bridge instruments but I'll definitely have to try one sometime.

What's the nut width on that thing?

I had a MIM Dimension for a while. Loved everything about it but the weight. It must have been 13lbs, and my back would kill me when I played it, even sitting down
