My Kestrel feels great and plays really well. I love the red. It’s too bad PRS discontinued it. The Kestrels are very good basses, IMO, and I really don’t know why they are not more popular.

Yeah, I was looking at a new black on black one, but then I seen the red. No new reds, but I found this on reverb for 450. Ordered it, and it just showed up. Dude, nobody would ever guess this was a five year old used bass. It doesnt even look like it was ever played. Zero fret wear. Its freaking clean! I totally scored.

That’s terrific!

I bought mine “used” from Reverb as well, from Dave’s Guitars out of Wisconsin. I actually think it was new-old stock (NOS); it still had the plastic on the pickguard.

Depending on where you got it, it may be NOS. Score!
