NCAA Baseball '11

WRUF, the official Gator sports station, has an iPhone app. You can download that and listen to the Gator broadcast. You can also stream it from Invalid Link Removed. I don't know about any Vandy resources. :D

I got it figured out no thanks to your tardy advice Mike ;) . Tune In Radio app on my phone. Listened to the game on an Omaha station while driving home. Vandy's first CWS experience played out pretty much like I expected. UF has had their number all year long.

Game one tonight, 8PM EST. Tough way for Virginia to lose Saturday.

Holy **** I know. I couldn't believe he threw that ball to 3rd like that. Especially after just doing the same thing at 2nd. It took me second to fully grasp what had just happened.

SC is tough and I believe they are the only team to take a series from the Gators this year no? In any case, I just can't see Florida leaving CWS without the hardware. They're just too good in every facet to the game.

My wife pointed out to me last night while watching the press conference that I do not own the exact same hat the Gators have been wearing, a fitted New Era cap. A quick scan of my usual websites where I buy my Gator gear reveals they are not selling them either. Time to e-mail the school and get the lowdown on where to get one of those caps.

Gonna be tougher for my Gamecocks since we lost our starting 1st basemen to a wrist injury. We have been battling injuries all year. I can't help but to feel we are the big underdog aging the gators. They are a great team.

The pitching matchup also seems to favor the Gators tonight, especially with your closer being unavailable. But this is a matchup of two great teams, I'm taking nothing for granted.

Halfway through and it's been one heck of a pitching duel. Can't really say the Gators have had an edge in that department so far, unless you count Koumas' walk and wild pitch that contributed to their run.

Oh man! Gators totally blew that. Bases loaded, no outs, only have to get the ball into the outfield to walk off with the win. Credit to SC, sure, but come on!

Wow, what a game indeed. I'm not going to question O'Sullivan at this point in the season, but dang, he kept that bullpen door wide open last night. Game two tonight, must win for the Gators.

Very good game. I hate to see games won on errors so I WAS disappointed in how the winning run was scored. On the other end though, SC defense made all the plays they needed to win and they deserve the "W".

What was your beef with the Gator's baserunning GregC? I know you asked to not get you started but .... ;)
