The SEC will win yet another title, and the game is a blowout. This is the most disappointing outcome I could think of.

On the bright side: I don't have to miss "Jeopardy!" for this. And "Jeopardy!" will be more entertaining, and most likely more competitive.

Can you imagine how Georgia would have looked if they too had to play Tarleton early in the season or wrapped up against the mighty Cyclones of Iowa State?

Dunno. But I'm happy to see Washington in the top ten. How long is a decent interval before we start the 2023 thread?

I would have slid Alabama, Tennessee, and then LSU as 2-4 just to complete the sweep of the top four as SEC teams.
I also would have removed FSU. They don't belong in there because I said so.

I hate to say it, but Georgia-Alabama would most likely have been the best NCG matchup.

They wanted to avoid an Ohio State-Michigan rematch, but if they had played in the semis, the winner (OSU) would have given UGA a game, as we have seen.

I know Stetson Bennett took a circuitous route to get to his standing at Georgia, but I didn't know he's 25 years old.

I think that'll help him transition to the NFL easier than younger QB's if he takes that path.
It seemed to help Pickett during his first NFL season in Pittsburgh.
