Need advice regarding my neighbors

Okay, I stand corrected.

Apparently, there are large areas of America where the police are just useless parasites on society and have no interest in maintaining public safety.

I guess my advice would have to be carry a loaded gun at all times and shoot anybody or anything that gets in your way.
