Need band name! (Sorry - I'm desperate)

OK, My suggestion will start with a quick story.
My son Played the Sax in both Middle school and High school.
Once he made it to the High school band,He was invited to play a joint concert that was meant to inspire the middleschoolers to practice and want to be in the Highschool band.
Any way, the middleschool conductor plays trombone with a local group. Just before the concert was to start I noticed that the conductor was missing so I asked another parent if he knew where he was and he responded.." he's out with a bad bacK"
I though he meant a band named "Bad Back"
There you have it .....my suggested band name. If you use it I will expect honarable mention or royalties some day!
