Need help - awful band photos website

If you google the words “awkward band photos”, you’ll find a plethora of websites, FB pages, and blogs focusing on the cringe. Then there are the sites concerning heinous album covers/artwork.

 

Here, I’ll get you started…

 

per the OP: i don't think you dreamt it. i remember having some laughs about it. but i sure don't remember the thread title.

 

I seem to remember that. They had a whole section covering bands who had photos taken on railroad tracks (lots and lots of them).

 

Twelve (and possibly 13) people were OK with those images. Chew on that.

 

There’s a lot to unpack here but… the dudes in the matching red jumpsuits? The one guy with the handlebars looks a lot like James Hetfield back in the And Justice/black album days.

 

Therein lies the rub. So to speak.

 

Those mooks? I’m just getting started…

Rock and Roll Confidential was THE BEST. That hall of Douchbags is such an amazing snapshot of the time.

 

The sad thing is that's a successful band -- the Scorpions.

 

i believe the site was called rocknrollconfidential.com. train tracks and brick walls were prominently featured. been gone quite a while -- i can't even find samples on the wayback machine.
