Need Help! Broken Ibanez Tailpiece

Anyone have a tailpiece for an Ibanez ASB-140 Artcore bass? Quik Change III B-4, Ibanez part # 2QCB1H3C

Or anyone able to make me one for a realistic price? Doesn't have to look as fancy as the original as long as it works.
