Skunk strip on the neck would confirm it, but the serial number stamp looks perfect.
The stacked volumes would appear to be an after-market mod. I did the same to mine years ago. The G&L in-house tone mods on US SB-2 basses have 3 pots: volume, volume, tone.
Stock USA and Tribute SB2s have two volume controls and no tone control. The concentric mod is often done to create a tone control out of one of the volumes and move both volume controls to a stacked knob configuration. It looks like a great bass for the $$. Have fun playing it.
